You may use Shield Plan with a registered account or in Guest mode. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or security questions.
2. Purpose of the Application
Shield Plan is provided as an all-in-one productivity suite featuring:
- Hierarchical Task & Project Planner: For organizing personal and professional goals.
- Budget Worksheet & Financial Tracker: For planning personal monthly budgets and monitoring expense allocations.
- Client-Side Encrypted Password Vault: For securely storing account credentials.
3. Financial Disclaimer
Shield Plan provides personal budgeting calculations and worksheets for informational and self-organization purposes only. Shield Plan does not provide certified financial, investment, legal, or tax advisory services.
4. Zero-Knowledge Cryptography & User Responsibility
Shield Plan employs client-side AES-256 encryption for the Password Vault. While we utilize industry-standard cryptographic practices, you acknowledge that safeguarding access to your device and maintaining strong master credentials is your responsibility.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Shield Plan to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the underlying cryptographic routines or APIs.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of cloud servers and backend databases.
- Distribute automated scrapers, bots, or malicious payloads against our infrastructure.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our services or infrastructure.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Shield Plan after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
